Community development workers and
project officers – enthusiastic, patient and creative,
they work closely with individuals and community groups to make

Groundwork is the largest employer of landscape architects in the
UK. Our landscape architects combine design expertise with a real

Employment & training
specialists – skilled at dealing with the ‘hard to reach’
they strive to motivate those we work with and take them on a

our work into schools, they have the skills to work with children
