Board Directors play a vital role in the organisation and are responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and governance of Groundwork Wakefield, ensuring that it operates in a manner which enables it to fulfil the objectives set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. As the company is also a registered Charity, Directors are charitable trustees and must therefore ensure that due attention is paid to both charitable and company law.
Our Board is chaired by Brian McMillan.
