Force 4 Change
Force 4 Change (F4C) is a unique employment initiative to
help ex-forces personnel back into work.
Groundwork in partnership with the MoD, Riverside ECHG,
the Army Welfare Service (AWS), Royal British Legion, Career
Transition Partnership, Business Link North Yorkshire, Job Centre
Plus and Darlington College launched the Force 4 Change programme
to train ex-forces personnel and civilians in construction skills
including brickwork, block work and plastering.
The individuals on the programme are supported through a
dedicated training package including job search, team working,
employability skills and a four week work placement with a local
reputable employer.
