Engagement Team
Our engagement team have experience of programmes which work
with and support individuals to make change happen.
Youth
Work
We believe young people are part of the solution to improving
disadvantaged areas. We help them to participate in their local
communities and provide a range of positive activities, building
confidence and self-esteem; as well as providing opportunities for
them to take part in training and gain the expertise for work.
Schools

Groundwork works with schools to deliver bespoke and innovative
environmental education which is linked to the national curriculum
and helps to illustrate how our individual actions can make a
difference to the local and global environment. We also work with
schools to support ‘at risk’ young people, providing them with
positive experiences
Community

We work with local individuals and community groups to help them
improve both where they live and their quality of life. This
includes helping them to have meaningful involvement in the
development of their local area.
Our teams of specialists are experienced in engaging and working
with local people and community groups to develop projects from the
development phase to delivery on the ground, which bring together
people from different backgrounds and age groups, in order to make
positive contributions and changes.
We can identify key areas for environmental improvement through
consultation and engagement with local community groups, local
authorities and other organisations.
