There are two major schemes underway
at Portobello. The Four Shops area is being transformed with new
highway and surfacing work. The area, which is a popular location
for young people to meet, will have unique stone sculptural
furniture and murals. Young people have been involved through the
‘Turning the Corner’ programme in designing and carving the
features with artist Dan Jones.
