Senior Landscape
Architect
Salary:
£27, 574 - £33, 089
Plus personal pension scheme (after a
qualifying period) and 25 days annual leave (full-time equivalent)
plus statutory leave.
We are looking for a Senior Landscape
Architect to undertake landscape design and contract management for
a variety of projects for Groundwork Wakefield across all
operational areas.
As part of an enthusiastic design team, you
will work with a wide range of clients from the public, private and
voluntary sectors. You will develop and deliver high quality
projects as well as providing design support to a
multi-disciplinary team delivering innovative community based
initiatives.
Alongside creative design ability and relevant
project management experience, you will be an effective
communicator and have proven ability in team leadership. A high
standard of AutoCad and graphic presentation skills are
essential. Chartered status is also essential to this
post.
You will be required to advise on legislation
and professional standards that may affect the delivery of projects
and programmes in accordance with quality standards.

As this role is both office and field based,
the successful candidate is required to hold a full driving
licence.
