Our teams of landscape designers and project officers work with people to create or improve community gardens, parks, play areas, footpaths and natural spaces.
Neighbourhood green spaces are vital to our everyday quality of life, but are often neglected and attract crime. They need to be well designed, made relevant to the needs of local people – and be beautiful havens for wildlife. We also help to create activities to put land back to use, such as sport and exercise schemes or food growing.
We have programmes around improving allotments and encouraging cycling, and we have expertise in developing different types of playground - from natural play spaces to challenging skate parks.
