How to get in touch with our team
Groundwork Sheffield strives to deliver a first class range of services to our customers.
We are committed to quality, fairness and staff development, and currently hold several standards which underline these commitments:
BETA+ (Business Excellence Through Action) – In line with the Groundwork Federation, we have adopted the quality assurance system BETA plus (Business Excellence Through Action), which is based on the Business Excellence model and supports continuous improvement through fostering the ‘plan-do-check-act’ cycle
BS8555 – We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment, and monitor our performance using this accredited environmental management system. We are currently working towards Phase 3 accreditation. Customer First – Our Yorkshire and the Humber office hold this standard for the region
Investors In People – Staff development is one of our top priorities, and this national standard helps us to ensure we’re maintaining high standards
Commitment to Equal Opportunities – We value and welcome diversity and wholeheartedly support the principle of equality opportunity. We oppose all forms of unfair or unlawful discrimination. Our equal opportunity policy operates within the Maternity and Parental Leave Regulations 2002, Work and Families Act 2006 and Employment Act 2002
Health and Safety – As part of our comprehensive Health and Safety policy, we ensure that all staff working with children and vulnerable adults are CRB checked
