Whitley Daffodil Field Park is on the outskirts of Selby, and is a project that was designed to transform a former agricultural paddock into a naturalistic play park with trees, meadowland a circular bound pathway, a selection of play equipment and a mini football pitch
Its location at the side of the busy A19 made it one of the most important pieces of land in the area and its close proximity to built up residential housing made it an important community asset within walking distance of nearly 250 homes.
