How to get in touch with our team
We routinely monitor our performance against a range of standards, including Project Performance Measures (project outputs) which are reported to the Department for Communities & Local Government.
We also undertake an annual self assessment of nine key elements of the Trust’s operations, ranging from Leadership through to Customer Results, in which a range of staff discuss their views on the Trust’s performance, identifying areas of good practice and suggesting areas for improvement. We then get a score that enables us to track our progress compared with previous years (and with other organisations), and an action plan to help us focus on areas for improvement.
Our performance is further scrutinised by a three-yearly process of peer-review that is also based on the European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model. The Comprehensive Business Assessment was established by the Groundwork Federation in 2006 and our preliminary CBA assessment which took place in April 2009 resulted in an ‘Outstanding’ grade.
We also hold the Investors in People standard.
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and monitor our performance using the BS 8555 environmental management system standard. The development of good environment management practice is important to the culture of the organisation and this is reflected in our values and behaviour. We currently hold BS 8555 certification to Phase 3, which recognises that the Trust has implemented a structured system to identify, manage and evaluate day to day environmental issues.
