Groundwork offers an inclusive and supportive* environment to enable individuals aged 16-18 to gain new skills and qualifications through our Foundation Learning programmes:
You can enrol and start at anytime throughout the year and courses normally last for around 6 months. As well as gaining hands-on experience and working towards qualifications, you may have the opportunity to undertake work experience at a variety of employers in the local area.
*Learners have the opportunity to apply for a bursary which can pay up to £40 per week.
*Groundwork is committed to helping young people progress through barriers and provides/facilitates Additional Learning Support as required.
