Groundwork leads the way in providing landscape solutions that put people first. We believe in the importance of quality design that connects with the needs of communities and our work focuses on improving the quality of life in areas of greatest need and is underpinned by principles of sustainability, biodiversity and quality.
We take an integrated approach, with our Landscape Architects working closely in a cross-team way with our Community Co-ordinators and Youth Workers. This unique blend of skills enables the community and client to be fully involved with each stage of the design process.
We promote the use of recycled and reclaimed materials in our projects and seek to ensure our suppliers meet our environmental standards.
Groundwork is one of the largest employers of chartered landscape architects in the country. This professional network shares good practice, training and staff resources, providing an extensive pool of knowledge and experience, bringing extra benefits to each project undertaken.
