How to get in touch with our team
Whether you’re looking to gain work experience and broaden your horizons, want to fulfil your passion for environmental issues or would like to spend a few hours a week working on projects which benefit your community, contact Groundwork - we might well be able to help you!
We recruit volunteers onto a range of projects and activities: from administrative to practical ‘hands-on’ roles, we can offer something to suit everyone.
Volunteering with Groundwork can help improve your employability (in fact many of our existing staff began their careers with us as volunteers), can help fulfil requirements of university or college courses, or can help put you in touch with your local community.
Please download our current volunteering leaflet for more details.

If your perfect volunteer role isn't listed, please do not hesitate to get in touch as placements can be tailored to suit you. Many of our volunteers begin placements by enquiring directly rather than responding to an advertised vacancy.
If you would like further information or chat to someone about the opportunities available, please contact Leah Black on 0113 238 0601 or e-mail leah.black@groundwork.org.uk
