Using abandoned allotment sites, Groundwork Dearne Valley has created a way of engaging young people in a different style of learning.
With the assistance of young people from local secondary schools land has been reclaimed and a wide range of facilities created, including a classroom, greenhouse, orchard, wildlife pond and wind turbine.
